Chilato is an indica-dominant hybrid strain that results from crossing Chili Verde with Tropical Gelato. The latter is the progeny of Tropicana Cookies and Project 4516. Yields are expected to be very good and the terpene profile is described as being ‘exotic’.

Chilato will take just 8 – 9 weeks to flower indoors. Chili Verde is a spicy-tasting strain that won the cup for Personal Sun-grown Strains at the 2018 Emerald Cup in Cali. Its terps, blend Key Lime Pie with the musk of Lavender culminating in a hefty punch of black pepper on the finish. Tropical Gelato sports purple flowers dripping with resin and terps. reminiscent of orange cream soda with hints of cinnamon and brown sugar.
