The breeding goal was to create a purple plant with an extreme diesel taste. The original Sour Diesel clone was crossed with the Bubba Pre-98 to emphasise the purple colour inherent in the Bubba Kush with some more of the hash influence to complement the diesel taste and giving diesel flavoured hash.
